Position Overview
We are seeking a Care Coordinator / Office Administrator to manage caregiver scheduling, client coordination, and day-to-day office operations. This role is essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality care and a positive experience for both clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure full coverage
Maintain staffing levels and ensure continuity of care
Serve as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and family members
Support employee relations and caregiver engagement
Assist with office administration and daily operations
Collaborate with referral sources and maintain strong relationships
Participate in an on-call rotation (shared across team)
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in healthcare, staffing, office administration, or related field preferred
Background in home care, patient care, HR, or employee relations is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Geriatric care experience is helpful but not required
Willing to train the right candidate
