Visiting Angels is searching for a full-time Client Care Coordinator who is organized, detail oriented and computer savvy. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services including, but not limited to: implementing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and guaranteeing continuity of care that results in superior client care, as well as caregiver and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
- Coordinate clients scheduling needs with appropriate caregiver availability to ensure continuity of care
- Communicate schedule changes between office and field staff accurately and on a timely basis
- Act as a liaison between clients, families and scheduled staff to communicate changes and needs
- Assist in taking telephone referrals and distributing required information to the appropriate clinical personnel
- Provide on call after, hours support to supervise caregivers, assist in schedule changes and emergency situations regarding clients
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by management team
- Review applications for potential caregivers
A successful applicant will meet the following requirements:
- Minimum high school degree required, college degree preferred
- Scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Clear, professional speaking voice
- Ability to multitask and strong follow up skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Must be friendly, customer service oriented, and have a warm demeanor
