Social Media/Recruiting Lead
Visiting Angels of the Triad.
We are in search of a skilled individual in recruiting to manage our office in Winston Salem. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, reliable, eager to learn, possess strong communication and great personal skills, have great computer skills, work well with others as well as independently, and maintain a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
-Ability to develop and consistently post for social media to recruit employees and new biz
-Track down Google reviews from clients and employees
-Ability to plan recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives to connect with candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews.
- Organize orientation training sessions.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Assist as directed with other office duties.
Hours: Part time, Monday- Friday 9:00a-1:00p
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus.
